RESERVATION POLICIES

  • 50% deposit of a total amount will be required to secure your reservation.
  • Late arrival must be inform at least 3 days before.
  • Cancelation must be inform at least 10 days before arrival.
  • No-shows must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers as the guest did not arrive and therefore did not submit a voucher.
  • Early check out fee is 1 full night plus 15% from the total balance of the reservation.
  • THE DEPOSIT IS STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN NOT BE TRANSFER TO ANY OTHER COST OF FOOD OR SERVICE.
  • For online payment we accept Visa Card, Master Card and American Express, but at our location we accept only Visa and Master Card. Credit card charge is 3%.
