RESERVATION POLICIES

50% deposit of a total amount will be required to secure your reservation.
Late arrival must be inform at least 7 days before.
No-shows must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers as the guest did not arrive and therefore did not submit a voucher.
Early check out fee is 1 full night plus 15% from the total balance of the reservation.
Check in and check out time is 10am.
We accept Visa Card, Master Card and American Express for online payment, while at our location we accept only Visa and Master Card.
Credit card charge is 3%.
THE DEPOSIT IS STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN NOT BE TRANSFERED TO ANY OTHER COST OF RESTAURANT OR SERVICES.
